In 1991, MXSound was founded and housed near the Swedish Mecca of Ballard, WA and later renamed “57th Street Productions.” With a combination of sacrifice and passion, we began to grow into bigger opportunities. Without any advertising, our client list exploded – a steady stream of large corporations, TV personalities, radio broadcasts and more. We have since relocated to our expanded location in Monroe, WA and have the equipment, space and expertise to enjoy larger projects such as orchestra productions, 5.1 surround and live concerts. Scott Anderson is an award-winning composer and songwriter, from Seattle Washington. Scott’s compositions have been commissioned by theme parks, professional sports teams and Fortune 500 companies all over the world. His adaptability to a wide-range of musical styles allows him to feel at home with a fully orchestrated movie soundscape or a hard-hitting dance groove. Scott’s 20+ years in the industry has bred the patience, creativity and professionalism needed to get the job done on time, on budget and beyond expectations.
Matt Christensen

Matt has been active in the music world for over 15 years and has almost a decade of professional marketing and business development experience. His passion for growing dreams into high-quality products, combined with his ability to compose and produce top-tier music in multiple genres has led him to national music competitions for vocal performance, songwriting and live orchestra performance. Matt’s love for people and ability to effectively communicate are contributing factors to his success in developing the studio and fuel his desire to produce his best work as a composer.
Ryan Poettiger

Ryan started his career by attending the prestigious Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL graduating with top honors. As a result, Ryan has had extensive experience with a number of top-notch studios opening the door for his long career at Microsoft. Ryan has mixed for Microsoft Production Studios for nearly a decade and as worked on worldwide productions for the company. You’ve heard his work on Xbox game trailers and even while shopping at the mall. Ryan maintains an incredible balance of customer-centricity and a perfect ear for sound. With over 15 years in the business, you can be confident that Ryan will focus on understanding your goal and delivering a top-quality project.
Terryl Padilla
Composer
Terryl grew up in a musical household and at an early age, was required to learn classical piano and guitar. In 2004, he received his degree in Audio Production from the Yakima Valley Technical Institute. He has served as the Worship Pastor of The Rock Church in Monroe, WA for the past 10 years. From local bands to corporations, Terryl has been producing multiple genres of music professionally for over a decade.
